Trump opens Pandora's box

Today, the House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly (322-87) to override Trump's veto of the Defense spending Bill, which has been passed by Congress and signed by the President for the last 59 years in a row without drama.

This time around Trump vetoed the defense spending bill because of the provision in the bill that would allow the military to change the names of U.S. military installations that are named after prominent Confederates. Trump, a racist until the end, would prevent our soldiers abroad from getting their well-earned raises and prevent Vietnam-era veterans from receiving additional benefits in order to fight for traitors that were part of the Confederacy. This is another move to placate or appease the extreme white nationalists that make up PART of the President's base.  

The South lost the war and it will not rise again Mr. Trump. The House overriding this veto will put substantial pressure on the Republicans in the Senate to either buck the President or not give our troops in the field and their families a raise for the coming year. All I can say to the Republican Party is that when you lie down with dogs, you gets fleas. They should override the veto easily, but it remains to be seen what they do. In order to override the veto, the Senate would need a 2/3's majority, which means many of the impotent and cowardly Republicans would need to break with the President for the first time in four years.

The House also passed, on a bi-partisan basis, the Cash Act today, 275-134, which would increase the direct payments to individuals for Covid Relief from $600 to $2,000. This puts additional political pressure on the Senate to either agree with the President's demand for higher payments or pretend to still care about the debt, which now stands at $27 trillion - the highest its ever been. 

Republicans, who during Obama's Presidency screamed nation debt at every turn, forgot about the debt and deficits during the Trump administration when they passed a $1.5 trillion tax cut which favored corporations and wealthiest Americans. They did not seem to mind running up the debt to reward their political donors, but now when the average American truly needs their help, they say, we don't have it.

Giving additional money back to the taxpayers in this country is a no brainer. Remember, it is our money that they are talking about "giving" back to us. I would rather that every American be given a larger stimulus so they could spend it as they see fit. When people got the first cash payments in April, the economy was able to maintain some steadiness because people were spending money. This kept people employed which means the government maintained revenue through state and federal income tax and sales taxes for the states and local governments. Yet they refuse to "give" us our money that we need. Maybe they are planning more corporate welfare next year. As a business owner, the best part of 2020 fiscally for most businesses was when people had money in their pockets, and that would be no different now.   

Since 2018, The House of Representatives, led by the Democratic Party, has been working and passing countless bills that would have helped the nation including the Covid Relief bill which was passed months ago, but Mitch McConnell and GOP Senators and House members, in their quest to lick the President's toes or coddle their donors, have refused to take up any of them, and have instead spent every waking moment confirming right-wing judges to the federal bench. 

For a long time, the GOP has claimed that Democrats wanted to not legislate but appoint activist judges who would circumvent Congress' role as the legislative body, and write law, but it has been proven that it is the Republicans who refuse to do the hard work of putting together bi-partisan legislation. It is in fact the GOP that wants to leave it to Federal Judges to rewrite law. 

The GOP proves on a daily basis that they are the party of hypocrisy. They project their own failures on the Democratic Party. When they say the Democrats refuse to acknowledge the debt, it is in fact they who hand out corporate welfare. When they claim that the left is trying to appoint an activist judiciary, it is in fact the GOP who is refusing to write legislation and hope the judges strike down things like the Affordable Care Act and Roe v. Wade.

We as a nation must be able to identify who is our congressional representative and who are Senators are and if they refuse to do the nation's business, vote them out!     

The worst person ever!!!!

Donald Trump, and I absolutely refuse to call him a President, is pardoning all of his co-conspirators. All the people who kept their mouths shut during the Russia probe have now been pardoned. But that's not the worst of it. Trump, the most mentally ill dictator ever to run our country, is finding every disgusting criminal POS he can find and he is pardoning or commuting their sentences.  

A day after pardoning murderers and political, criminal hacks, Trump pardoned another 26 scumbags including Paul Manafort who was serving a 7-year sentence for countless crimes. Manafort was convicted by a jury of his peers, but Trump made sure this felon will be back in circulation to commit more crimes and cheat more people out of money, including taxpayers. 

Dummy Don also pardoned Roger Stone. Stone is a life-long criminal who not only committed crimes during Trump's dictatorship, but this career felon has crimes dating back to the Nixon administration. The MAGA cult, who claims to hate politicians because they lie and are corrupt, continue to defend the most corrupt "human" ever - Donald J. Trump. 

Don the Con also pardoned his son in law's dad, who was prosecuted by Trump ally Chris Christie years ago. Charles Kushner plead guilty to tax evasion and set up his own brother-in-law with a prostitute and then sent the video to his own sister.

Trump did all of this, while vetoing the defense spending bill, which delays pay for our troops overseas, and ignored the Covid relief bill passed by Congress. Then like the spiteful dictator that he is, he left to golf for the 600th time, and now no action can be taken on the Covid relief bill.  

Where the heck is the Republican Party? I personally will never vote for another Republican ever. What a collection of brain-dead, feckless cowards. If I was a Congressional Republican right now, I would be demanding to see the President and I would tell him what I really think. If that gets me thrown out of the White House so be it, but it's my house. You work for me Trump.  

Trump, who has never won the popular vote, will now for sure be indicted for abusing his pardon power. The pardon is not absolute. You can not use the pardon power to cover your tracks in your own crimes. In Manafort's case, he got in trouble for actions he committed on behalf of Trump. So Trump is going to jail, and it is where he belongs. He should have been in jail 40 years ago when he was committing all his so-called white-collar crimes, tax fraud, tax evasion, bank fraud, insurance fraud, etc. 

If Donald Trump doesn't end up in an orange jumpsuit for the rest of his life, than we should all just urinate on the United States Constitution and then burn it because it won't be worth the paper it is printed on. Trump has abused every article in that document and if I ever hear another Republican cry about Constitution and Democrats or anyone else who is violating it, I will scoop my dogs poop into a bag, put a pocket constitution in with it and throw it on their lawn.

I have no idea how I can ever explain this time in American history to children in the future. I guess I will say that half the country lost its collective mind, was brainwashed by a complete grifter and then convinced that this loser could violate the law every day of his 1,200-day-long crime spree (I mean administration).    

Pardon me, for supporting Trump

On Tuesday, President Don the con handed out 20 pardons, but several stuck out to me as galling and incredibly corrupt. The pardons that made my stomach turn the most was the spade of pardons for corrupt politicians, including former New York Republican representative Chris Collins and California Republican representative Duncan Hunter.

This mentally-ill President pardoned former representative Collins who was convicted of insider trading and securities fraud. Collins, who was sent to jail in October, ends up serving roughly 60 days of a 26-month-long sentence. Law and order? 

Former representative Hunter was convicted in 2020 of illegal spending over $200,000 campaign finance money. Money that was not his to spend in his private life. He will not end up spending one day in jail. I guess it is true that there is one legal system for the wealthy and well connected and another one for the rest of us.

Philip Esformes, who was convicted of defrauding Medicare to the tune roughly $1 billion with a B, was sentenced in Miami to 20 years in prison in 2019. This white-collar dreg of society also had his sentence commuted by the so-called law and order President, so he will serve almost no time for the worst Medicare fraud against U.S. taxpayers in American history.

Trump also pardoned four members of Blackwater USA guards who were involved in the 2007 massacre of 17 unarmed Iraqi civilians, including two children. Clearly, pardoning war criminals is not a problem for Trump, including one who was serving a life sentence for first degree murder. Paul Slough, Evan Liberty and Dustin Heard were all serving 30-year sentences while Nicholas Slatten was serving life for his role in the murders. Slatten was tried and convicted twice of the crime. The second time it was Trump's Department of Justice that spent taxpayer money to try him to reaffirm his life sentence, only to have this dingbat President pardon him anyway.  

It is vile scumbags like these cowboy contractors that give the U.S. a bad name in the region when in fact the bulk of our military is out there trying to enhance and support democracy. It is important here to note that Erik Prince, the former CEO of Blackwater USA, is the brother of Trump education secretary Betsy DeVos.

Trump also pardoned former Democratic governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich, who was tried and convicted of taking bribes and selling Barack Obama's former Senate seat to the highest bidder. This criminal got a pass from Trump because he spent time on the Apprentice. 

Make no mistake, the Apprentice is the only reason Trump is still wealthy. NBC bailed the failing Trump Organization out by giving him millions of dollars per year to host that fraud of show. Remember Trump is not a business success, but is miserable failure. He bankrupted casinos, the USFL, and a host of other Trump businesses. And all his real estate holdings were obtained by bank fraud and tax fraud, so when they finally investigate this career felon, the government will confiscate all those holdings like they did Paul Manafort's.   

The list of 20 pardons and commutations is filled, nearly entirely, with these kinds of scumbags, in the image of Donald Trump, who violated the public trust or outright murderous felons. Drain the swamp? Not even close. He swamped it with dirty mosquito infested water. It could only be made worse if the mosquitos were infected with Covid. 

We must, as an electorate, continue to rid public offices of the sycophants who have allowed this lifelong failure to corrupt the government unchecked. Vote them out! It begins January 5, 2021 in Georgia when the electorate can fire David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, two politicians who used insider information to make millions off of Covid in stock trades.

Treason and sedition? Lock him up!

Disgraced retired three-star general, and felon Michael Flynn was back in the White House this week suggesting that the President should declare martial law and re-run elections in the states he LOST in November. That is some real third-world, Banama-Republic s--- right there.

I couldn't help but notice that Flynn was not calling to re-run elections in Florida, Ohio, and North Carolina, but just in states that Trump lost multiple times. Flynn is a complete disgrace and the military should call this traitor, who is receiving a taxpayer funded pension, back to active duty so he could be court-martialed by the United States military for sedition. 

If nothing else this treasonous piece of garbage, who is suggesting that the U.S. President unleash martial law on his own citizens, should lose his welfare check. He is living high on the hog with my money and yours and is using that free time to promote conspiracy theories and think of ways to subvert democracy in his own country. Remember, Flynn was the guy working as an agent for Turkish government without disclosing this information as is required by law. I believe the phrase the MAGA cult members like so much is LOCK HIM UP. 

Flynn, who should be in jail for the crimes he plead guilty to TWICE in open court, once led "lock-her-up" chants at the Republican National Convention in 2016 when referring to Hillary Clinton's emails. Emails?!?! Emails seem so inconsequential at this moment. Now he is conspiring with his toys-in-the-attic lawyer, Sidney Powell, to confiscate voting machines around the country in order to stoke fears among the MAGA cult that something untoward actually happened when in reality it did not. 

Even the leaders of the conspiracy theory propaganda networks, Newsmax, had to retract all the bulls--- they have been peddling on the air when they were threatened by lawsuits. They were about to become history because you lose lawsuits when you don't have any "evidence", which is what Newsmax had to say repeatedly about Dominion, Smartmatic and Hugo Chavez and all the other nonsense they have been promoting as fact to the most gullible amongst us.

And the Truth will set you free!!!!! It turns out that FOX News, Newsmax and One America News were just boldly lying to their viewers. Most of us knew that all along, but not the people who stopped watching FOX because it was not crazy enough for them. However, now even Newsmax has seen the light, and I'm sure OAN will follow or they will be sued out of existence. 

It turns out we don't need to worry about the Russians, China, or anyone else feeding the American public misinformation. It turns out we have American citizens like Trump, Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani and even retired military man like Flynn who will pump that misinformation into the ethos for our greatest adversaries free of charge. Not only that, but they have been helped along by the far-right media who will gladly peddle and traffic in lies if it means more money for them. 

It should be noted at this point that the United States military felt compelled to put out a statement saying, and I'm paraphrasing here, that the military will in no way be a party to getting involved in elections. So the military is joining the chorus of people that say the President's claims of election fraud are nothing more the a big steaming pile of dung. The courts, including the United States Supreme Court with three Trump judges on it, have said it repeatedly as well. And more and more Republican lawmakers are as well. 

Every single member of the Republican Party should be denouncing martial law because my entire life the GOP claimed to be the party of state's rights and leaving governing to local authorities whenever possible. If they still believe that than they should denounce Flynn, Powell, Trump and any other person peddling in these lies. I know that means they might receive a primary opponent, but for the love of God and country, man up. Voters reward courage and the Republican base is a dying minority. They better get on board or they will never win another national election. 

I am not alone

It turns out I not alone in my outrage in the GOP's failure to stand up for democratic institutions like elections. Republican representative from Michigan, Paul Mitchell, has left the GOP because the party is no longer conservative, or for that matter, believes in any of the issues that they claimed to be all about for years. 

My whole life the Republican Party portended to be about less spending, free-trade, family values, the military, a strong foreign policy, including strong alliances, and that they were pro life. They clearly either were lying then, or have abandoned all their beliefs in order to accommodate this cult-like figure, Donald Trump. 

The Republican Party has spent the last four years under Trump running up the national debt as high as it has ever been and that was even before the pandemic started. They abandoned their belief in free trade and instead backed Trump's moronic trade wars that only increased taxes on American consumers and American companies. They have looked the other way as 300,000-plus Americans have died of the covid-19 virus and followed Dumbo's lead in not wearing masks or following any of the guidelines set forth by the CDC. Worse still, they did not model good behavior for the rank-and-file members of the party. They have sat in silence as Trump has cozied up to dictators while bashing our traditional allies. You get the point. The list goes on and on. 

Well I guess enough was enough for representative Mitchell, and if you haven't seen this video, you need to watch it. Mitchell outlines his disgust with the GOP's blind devotion for Trump, and how the party is trying to subvert the will of the people - the votes in this election.       

On the election front, Joe Biden cleared yet another hurdle today. The electoral college voted across the country, and confirmed the election results on five weeks ago, but that hasn't stopped maniacal Republicans, like Mitchell's colleague Jim Jordan, from vowing to hold a fight on the floor of the House of Representatives to try yet again to disenfranchise the voters and their will. I have to stress here again that there is nothing more anti-democracy than claiming the election is a fraud.  

Remember they are attaching themselves to a man that has never won the popular vote in either Presidential election that he has been a part of. They are casting their lot with a two-time loser who will drag the entire party down.

Trump is a despicable man and that has never changed. The bigger problem here is that the Party of Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Eisenhower and Reagan has sold its integrity, assuming they ever had it, and its soul to back a grifter and conman who mocked war heroes, but was to much of a coward to serve in the military himself.

Teddy Roosevelt was my political hero because he went against his party and told all the financiers of his time that they needed to change the way they did things, or he would change it for them. Back then, he was called by the Congress, a traitor to his class. But everything he did, he did because it was in the best interest of the American people, and that is diametrically opposed to Trump, who does things in his own best interest only, and this GOP refuses to show the courage that John F. Kennedy detailed in his Pulitzer-prize winning book, Profiles in Courage. For me, that's unacceptable and always will be!

GOP promoting violence again

I get more disgusted everyday with the Republican Party and that's why national Republicans have lost my vote for life until they can demonstrate that they have drowned Trumpism in the proverbial river.

My most recent disgust with this political faction, formerly known as the GOP, was Monday's tweet promoting violence posted by the Arizona Republican Party in which it was asked if their twitter followers would be "willing" to die to overturn Trump's election loss. The answer of course should have been a resounding hell NO, but an activist for the Stop the Steal movement on Monday responded "I am willing to give my life for this fight," to which the Republican Party of Arizona responded, "He is, are you?"

I can't stress how irresponsible this is. The official twitter account for the Republican Party in Arizona is promoting violence and unrest. Who ever is responsible for this should be FIRED immediately and once someone gets killed and it is linked back to this terrorist radicalization online, those people should be charged criminally for depraved indifference. 

If the Trump era has taught us anything, it's that Trump's a moron and his devoted and equally moronic followers will take what he or the party says and turn it into violent action. 

We all remember Cesar Sayoc? The pizza delivery guy who was riding around Florida in a van that looked like it was better suited as a home for the political Unabomber. Sayoc sent pipe bombs, 16 in all, to every major Democratic national leader in the country through the USPS in an attempt to either scare or kill them. Sayoc plead guilty in the spring of 2019 and this domestic terrorist received a 20-year prison sentence. 

I wish I could say that Sayoc is an isolated incident, but it is not! In 2019, a 21-year-old domestic terrorist drove 650 miles from his home to El Paso, Texas to kill 23 people and injure 23 others in order to put an end to an Latino "invasion." It is the same rhetoric used by Trump during the 2018 midterms in which he called the convoys of refugees heading to the southern border to seek legal asylum, as an "invasion". After the fact Trump condemned broadly the murder of innocent people, but by then it was to late. 

Even the El-Paso attack was not an isolated incident. The Tree-of-Life Synagogue shooting in Pittsburgh on October 27, 2018 happened in the middle of Trump's verbal assault on refugees coming to America seeking legal asylum. During his unhinged rhetoric in the 2018 midterms, Trump claimed that George Soros, a Jewish business man, was funding said caravans of Latinos. This is not only a lie, but a regular Republican talking point. For years, the Republican Party has promoted conspiracy theories that all include funding from Soros. Again not true. 

The 46-year old shooting suspect and domestic terrorist, identified as Robert Bowers, who killed 11 and injured three others during this massacre posted online the following "HIAS likes to bring invaders in that kill our people. I can't sit by and watch my people get slaughtered. Screw your optics. I'm going in."

These are just a few examples of the hatred that has been promulgated by Trump and backed by the Republican Party either explicitly or through its indifference to the President's hate speech. There has been a huge rise in hate crimes since Trump took office, but this has been made worse because the Republican Party refuses to condemn immediately his awful rhetoric. Instead they make excuses for his hate speech. 

And now instead of accepting the peaceful transfer of power during a Presidential election, the GOP (American Fascist Party) has backed unproven conspiracy theories of a stolen election, which will undoubtedly lead to violence. They will claim after the fact that its just the mainstream media overreacting, but I am here to tell you before it happens, that they are radicalizing domestic terrorists online as we speak. The Republican Party needs to be disbanded and reconstituted as something more sane - like an American Conservative Party that doesn't promote violence and provides no safe harbor for domestic terrorists and that is just not the case in the current GOP, who yesterday had 106 elected officials vote to join that insane Texas lawsuit designed to overturn the will of the voters in four battleground states. 

Corrupt is not a strong description

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who is currently under indictment for securities fraud among other crimes, has filed a lawsuit, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to block Joe Biden's victory in four battleground states - Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Georgia. 

Let's think about this. The corrupt attorney general of Texas (Paxton) is asking the Supreme Court to disenfranchise millions of voters who are not from his state. But if that wasn't bad enough, 17 other Republican state attorney generals have signed on to this absurd stunt. I'm not a legal scholar, but this seems doomed to fail, but unfortunately the lawsuit itself furthers the idea that there was something wrong with the election when in fact there wasn't.

Paxton's lawsuit claims that because the election was tainted by mail-in ballots in his view, that the will of the voters in the aforementioned states should be disregarded and instead the Republican state legislatures in those 4 states should be allowed to appoint Trump-friendly electors to the electoral college. 

Senator Mitt Romney (R-Utah), one of the few profiles in courage in the Republican Party during the monarchy of Trump, explained just how corrupt this would be and what kind of grotesque precedent it would set for future elections. In fact, why have future elections. Let's just have the partisan and corrupt state legislatures pick the President.  

"The idea of supplanting the vote of the people with partisan legislators is so completely out of the national character that it's simply mad," Romney said. "This effort to subvert the vote of the people is dangerous and destructive to the cause of democracy."

Paxton was indicted in 2015 for securities fraud and now finds himself in trouble again for allegedly taking a bribe from a campaign donor according to several whistle blowers in his own office, and now Paxton is under investigation by the FBI. So it's not out of the realm of possibility that Paxton initiated this stunt to see if he can snag a pardon from the outgoing lame-duck President.

"It looks like a fella begging for a pardon filed a PR stunt rather than a lawsuit - as all of its assertions have already been rejected by the federal courts and Texas' own solicitor general isn't signing on," said Nebraska's Republican Senator Ben Sasse in a tweet. 

Leaving Romney, Sasse and a few other principled Republicans aside, this is what the Republican Party has become - a collection of corrupt grifters, conmen and power-hungry politicians who will stop at nothing to maintain said power, even if it means destroying all of our democratic institutions in the process. It's shameful and needs to stop if American is to remain a beacon of democracy around the world.

Steve Schmidt, a former Republican strategist and co-founding member of the Lincoln Project, explains just how dangerous the last month has been for American democracy. Because of the failure of the Republican elected officials to accept the results of the 2020 Presidential election, millions of people will lose faith in the most important part of a democracy - elections. There are people who will, for the remainder of the lives, never believe that any election is on the up and up and that is because Trump declares every single day that the election is rigged, but more importantly, nearly the entire Republican party has followed his lead down this dangerous rabbit hole.   

I don't know how all of this is going to play out over the next 40 days or so, but I believe the damage that these cowardly Republican politicians, for the most part, are doing by not accepting the results of this election can not be undone easily. They are tainting the most basic institution in a democracy, and the faith that is being lost by the citizenry can not be turned back on like a light switch. This could forever alter the state of our democracy and that's not hyperbole, but fact.

I started this blog for a variety of reasons and one of those was that I wanted to be on the record of where I stood before, and during America's potential downfall to a dictator.

Trump encapsulates GOP in one quote

This quote from Donald Trump in 1998 to People Magazine, encapsulates everything that is wrong with the modern GOP. 

You need to mark this moment because I am about to say something I rarely say. Trump was right. Many Republicans, according to polls about 85 to 90 percent them, believe anything said on FOX News since its inception on October 1996. 

This particular ignorant conman, who some call President of the United States, nailed it. He understood how he could lie at will on FOX News and get away with it, and that is exactly what we've seen over the last four years. He lies and the anchors on FOX twist themselves into pretzels to back up his lies. The ones who refuse to do that he been lambasted and marked as traitors. Shep Smith felt the need to leave the network, while Neil Cavuto and Chris Wallace have been constantly abused by the Trump base. 

The same FOX anchors (Sean Hannity, Mr. Jeanine Pirro, Tucker Carlson, Laura Ingraham and alike) who screamed that Democrats could not accept the election of Donald Trump, now refuse to accept the election results in 2020. Remember their initial claim that the Democrats refused to accept the results in 2016 was a BOLDFACE LIE. Hilary Clinton conceded the election to Trump early in the morning on November 9, 2016 and Barack Obama had the President-Elect (Trump) in for a meeting days later.

Neither of these things have happened this time. This megalomaniac will never concede because he can't handle the fact that he is a LOSER, but he is. The only reason this sociopath has been allowed to brainwash the public is because FOX News has allowed this. FOX lies for him. They couch the truth for him. And when they do not carry his water completely, he turns his rage on them like he did when they called Arizona for PRESIDENT-ELECT Joe Biden.

The latest example of this is FOX News propagandists turning their anger on Republicans in Georgia and Republican state legislators in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Arizona. The most high-profile example of this might be the new found disdain for Attorney General William Barr, who simply said that their was no evidence of wide-spread election fraud, which their is not. FOX has actually turned its attack dogs on Barr, who has spend his entire time as AG cleaning up Trump's messes and lying for him, but now he is the enemy of the people according to Trump and FOX.

With FOX News not being Trumpy enough, he has now steered his insane base to even more conspiratorial networks like OAN (One America News) and News Max, which have both refused to call the 2020 election. That's because they are not news networks, they are propagandists. Until the modern GOP divorces themselves from these crazed so-called news networks, Republican politicians will be catering to a base of Q'Anon nuts and alike. Don't be an American Idiot!!

Take note, this is real leadership!

Manitoba Canadian Premier Brian Pallister in his statement to his citizens did what Donald Trump has failed to do during the last nine months. Pallister, in light of rising Coronavirus numbers in his province, spent time telling his citizenry the truth about this pandemic. 

All we have ever asked of Donald Trump was to tell us the truth and to promote the guidelines set forth by his own medical doctors and he has failed miserably to do either. The day that the Center for Disease Control and the White House Pandemic Task Force recommended that all citizens wear masks in public, Trump in the same sentence said, it is only a recommendation, and I will not be wearing one. By contrast Pallister has told his citizens the hard truth in hopes on keeping them safe and alive.

I wish I could tell you that Trump's only infraction during the last nine months as it pertains to this pandemic has been his inability to support masks, but that simply would not be the truth. And like Pallister, I value the truth. 

The truth is that Trump has downplayed this deadly virus down from the start despite knowing how deadly it was - see the tapes of Trump's interviews with Bob Woodward. He told us it was only a few people coming in from China and soon the numbers would be down to zero, while privately he told Woodward that this was a killer. The death toll is now nearly 280,000 Americans. He told us it would go away like a miracle, and he was fatally wrong on that also. He then spit in the face of his own supporters and medical heroes when he had three weeks on non-stop mask-less rallies in the closing weeks of the campaign for President. Surely that led to countless infections and deaths.

He tells us that "his" response to the pandemic is the best in the world, but the truth is we make up 4 percent of the world's population and account for nearly 20 percent of all Covid-19 deaths around the world. Failure! Every single day we add another 200,000-plus confirmed cases to the virus total in this country and that means that each day of those 200,000 new cases, 4,000 of those people will die. It might be today it might be tomorrow, but it is a mathematical certainty because the numbers do not lie. Our sample size of deaths as it relates to infections is enormous. We have a 14-million person sample to draw from, so you can take these facts to the bank.

To this day, he continues to neglect the rules of his own task force by having Christmas parties at the White House for the stupid people who continue to support him blindly. He lost the election in large part because of his disregard for the pandemic and since the numbers have exploded in the United States because of the onset of winter, he has recoiled into self-pity. 

The spoiled snowflake-in-chief, who also lied to us when he said that there might not be a second-wave while the doctors were saying in the same press conference that there would be, has not been able to come to grips with the fact that he lost the election. Instead of helping to deal with the crisis now, he ignores it like he has for the last nine months and instead tweets about what is really important to him, spreading misinformation about the election and his imagined fraud. 

The fact is, Donald Trump is a loser! He always has been. Remember, he has never won the popular vote in either election and this time he was crushed. This life-long fraud has been unable to come to grip with his loss, and will continue to undermine America going forward. He will spend every waking day until he leaves this earth attempting to sabotage any administration that is not his. So in the words of Mr. Pallister, if you don't believe Covid is real at this point, you're an idiot. And if you are still following his idiot in a line to the proverbial meat grinder, then shame on you. But if you are, please don't breath near me or anyone I love.

So much for the 'Law and Order President'

President Dumbo Don and the GOP ran against Democrats in the 2020 election on the mantra of being the "Law and Order President" and the party of the law and order. However, like everything else it was a lie and grift. Dumbo yesterday pardoned his corrupt first National Security Advisor Michael T. Flynn, who twice plead guilty to lying to the FBI during the Russia investigation.

Flynn originally was cooperating with the investigation against Trump, but then withdrew his guilty plea when he was promised by the most corrupt President in American history that if he stood strong and kept his mouth shut he would receive a pardon. 

The track record on this is pretty clear. Our first mob-boss President has rewarded people who dummy up and keep what they know under wraps and punishes those who don't. Flynn gets a pardon and Roger Stone gets his sentence commuted, while Michael Cohen who told the truth was forced to rot in prison. Cornel Alexander Vindman who told the truth during the impeachment proceedings in the House was immediately fired after this corrupt GOP Senate looked the other way while this President committed his crimes. 

This will not be the last corrupt action committed by this scumbag President. We should expect more of these pardons of his cronies like Steve Bannon, who was recently charged with fraud when he along with some partners scammed Trump supporters in to giving them money to build the wall. You remember, the wall Mexico was supposed to pay for. Bannon and his associates didn't use the money to build an inch of wall.

The most despicable of these pardons will be when he pardons himself, his family, and maybe even the Trump organization, which will mean the federal government will never be able to prosecute him for tax fraud, tax evasion, etc. He might even resign on January 19 with the agreement that a President Mike Pence will pardon this criminal. 

Law and order in Dumbo Don's view is only for the poor. His wealthy associates get to do whatever they want, break the law as they see fit and not pay any consequences. It was all a lie and a con. Remember this American if this serpent tries to run for President again, and remember his enablers in the House and Senate when they run for re-election, or worse, run for President themselves.  

     

Surprise, Surprise, Dominion Conspiracy debunked!

President Dumbo Don's lunatic lawyer, Sydney Powell has been running around the conservative media echo bubble claiming that Dominion voting machines are part of a massive fraud that encompasses seven or eight states, but only states that Biden won. NOT ANY others! Of course she is a liar, and has been relieved of her duties as part of the Trump legal team - the B team at best. This FOX News interview debunks this voting-machine conspiracy theory.   

As Michael Steel explained in the video, the Dominion machine keeps a running count of the votes but they also produce a paper ballot that the voter reviews to make sure their votes were captured correctly before handing the hard copy to election officials. If the machines ever had a problem or a glitch we have the paper trail to recount the vote, making Powell a corrupt liar.

When pushed by the FOX interviewer, Steel said "I've got the facts on my side ... the President's lawyers don't have a scintilla of proof." Powell claims that these machines were used in Pennsylvania to steal the election for Biden, but in the 14 counties in Pennsylvania where Dominion machine were used, Trump captured 52 percent of the vote. Fraud Sydney?

Finally, Steel deals with yet another crazy conspiracy that claims that Dominion bribed Republican Georgia governor Brian Kemp and his republican secretary of state to throw the election in the Peach State for Biden. Kemp is one of Trump's biggest supporters in the country. Kemp was one of the first MAGA governors to open up his state during Covid to appease the President - public health be damned. Why would Kemp accept a bribe from Dominion? If he was approached by Dominion with a bribe, wouldn't he be all over FOX News, OANN, and News Maxx screaming bloody murder?    

For those people out there who feel the need to believe in conspiracy theories, let me offer up yet another place for you to get information that debunks these fictional stories. It might surprise you to find out that it is a Trump-administration government website, which deals with all the alleged conspiracies with wait for it, wait for it, EVIDENCE!!!!! Fair warning, this site will require you to do some reading, so I'm sure Trump will never see it. And his supporters probably will not either. After all, they once screamed that everyone should "read the transcript" of the Ukraine call, but in the very next breath said they didn't not "read the transcript."

Conspiracies debunked 

The Trump campaign is having even less success in court. Even though Giuliani and Powell are out there telling anyone with a camera that election fraud is everywhere, in court they refuse to acknowledge the fraud because they could be disbarred for lying in open court and could even be charged with contempt. That is why case after case is being dismissed around the country by conservative and liberal justices alike. By the way, thank God for our judiciary. They have saved the Republic during this very dark period in American history.

Judge Matthew Brann, a conservative justice in Pennsylvania, who was appointed by Barack Obama by the way, provides the latest example. This Federalist Society justice buried Trump's "legal" team for not having any evidence of fraud and for introducing this frivolous case. Brann admonished the Trump team for trying to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters without evidence and dismissed their case with prejudice.

Anyone at this point who insists that the election was stolen is just not paying attention. Proof is everywhere that this election was the securest we - the United States - have ever conducted, and anyone who refuses to acknowledge reality is actively damaging democracy. 

A low point for American democracy

 Here is the statement that Republican Senator Mitt Romney released today on his twitter account:

It's true, Donald Trump, as I always knew he would, is openly pressuring state senators and representatives in the swing states to NULLIFY the will of the voters, and declare Trump-friendly electors to vote for him when the Electoral College meets in December. And as despicable as it is for a sitting U.S. President to ignore the will of the voters in a democracy, it is even more grotesque that Republicans in Congress, Romney excluded, say nothing.

These impotent cowards have allowed this sick, twisted, braindead moron to take over their party, and instead of fighting him tooth and nail to save their party, has instead decided to lick this losers boots. THIS IS HOW DEMOCRACY DIES. 

Beyond the reckless rantings of a clearly insane President, we now have a mentally disturbed former mayor, Rudy Giuliani, holding an utterly unhinged press conference in which he recited dangerous conspiracy theories - you know, for the Q'Anon sect. This year's version of the Branch Davidians. 

One might call Giuliani's insane rantings the work of a crazed lunatic and that no one will pay attention, but the fact of the matter is that Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity on FOX "News" gave this dribble oxygen to breath. So just to make this clear. Giuliani is claiming that hundreds of thousands of votes are illegal and that this happened in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, and that all of those election officials, who have never met each other, conspired to throw an election. I do not even know how Giuliani, if he is this stupid, manages to walk upright on a day to day basis. 

While Giuliani peddles conspiracy theories and Trump spends all his time trying to organize a coup that subverts the will of the voters, his useful idiot Mike Pence, allegedly a Christian, who ironically held super-spreader events during the election cycle in swing states, suckled on Trump's toes. He disguised this as a coronavirus taskforce meeting. However, like the rest of the cowards in the Republican Party, he ran off without taking questions from the free press. SHAME ON YOU COWARD! It is this administration who refuses to collaborate with President-elect's transition team to better prepare for vaccine distribution.

Trump and all his goons, and sycophants would do well to get out of Washington now and head back under the muck of the swamp. These unhinged men and women are the dregs of society - the true swamp monsters.

The new American Fascist Party

Donald Trump fired tonight Department of Homeland Security official Chris Krebs because he didn't like the statement Krebs put out calling the 2020 election the safest elections in American History. Dumbo Donald didn't like that because it goes against the alternate reality that the conspiracy-in-chief is trying to create.

First, lets establish the fact that Krebs, the head of election cybersecurity, is right. These were the safest elections in American history. How do I know that? Because we had cameras in the counting rooms watching people count votes. To my knowledge we have never had to do that before, but we have also never had a President who actively seeks to destroy the bedrock of our democracy - the vote. 

Don the Con spent the last six months proclaiming that the elections would be rigged and that the only way he could lose was if the election was some how stolen from him. The fact of the matter is that he lost because he is a fascist dictator and in America we depose dictators - Adolf Hitler, Benito Mussolini, Muammar Gaddafi, Saddam Hussein, etc. We do not reward fascists, we vote them out. 

America has always fought against dictatorial regimes, and that fight had always been led by the neo-conservative wing of the Republican Party, but not anymore. The cowards that make up the current Republican/Fascist Party, have abdicated their voices as well as their genitals to Donald Trump. I had hoped that once Dumbo was removed in a freely-held election in what use to be the beacon of democracy - the United States - that the GOP would move past this regrettable era, and in unison show respect for the will of the voters, but they did just the opposite. 

Instead, the sniveling and whimpering cowards continue to serve as lapdogs to America's first fascist President! They are so beholden to this blow hard moron, that from this point forward, regardless of what they say in an attempt to walk back their servitude to Trump, they will forever be known to me as the American Fascist Party - headed by the likes of Mitch McConnell who is a neo-fascist who refuses to the follow the rules. It is headed by Kevin McCarthy, who refuses to acknowledge the outcome of a free and fair election, and Lindsey Graham, who is now seeking to have votes in Georgia discounted because those people didn't vote for das Fuhrer Trump.

It is with great shame, that I as an American who actually believed in the propaganda that this was the greatest democracy on earth, now see it all unravelling before my eyes and to see that it is my fellow Americans that are allowing it and making it possible by re-electing corrupt and despicable people like Graham, McCarthy, Cruz, Cornyn, McConnell and others who have sold their belief system away for this vile loser in the White House. SHAME on AMERICA!!!

 

Democracy is back

 After four years of hatred and division, the moment has finally arrived when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are now President and Vice-President elect of the United States.

If you needed more proof that democracy is back, all you need to do is look at all the well wishes coming from around the world to the United States and Joe Biden. If the world could have voted, this would have been a landslide and a half. Our allies in the last four years have been pushed away and dictators have been embraced. Given that fact, I am sure the world is breathing a sigh of relief just as most American citizens are.

When Biden and Harris are sworn in, the chaos ends and normalcy can return to the UNITED States of America. It will be so wonderful to wake up every day and not have to worry about what kind of bile will be spewed from Donald Trump's twitter account, and what racist remarks he will make, and what group (Blacks, Hispanics, Muslims, women, LGBTQ community, and democrats in general) will be targeted by the current occupant of the White House. 

Not only is the United States a better place now that Trump is lame duck but so is the world. The voters have spoken and they have relegated this grotesque human being to the ash heap of history. Hopefully now, we can get back to being one country.

I'm not delusional. I know that many Trump supporters believe that we are now living in some type of Socialist state, but nothing could be further from the truth. People have made all sorts of claims to me today, that unemployment will rise, gas prices will rise, their jobs are in danger. All ridiculous claims. I challenge anyone to check back in four years and see if any of these claims actually materialized. Just because FOX News host say it, it doesn't mean it's true.   

In contrast, over the last 4 years we have all lived under a dictatorship. I can make that claim because even the President's own party was in fear of criticizing him. That only happens in dictatorships. Stalin, the former leader of the Soviet Union, purged his government and military on numerous occasions. Trump purged the U.S. Government of anyone who disagreed with him both in the military and in his Cabinet. No President has turned over more cabinet members than this President in only 4 years. 

Lets finally coming together and be Americans again. After 9-11 only one thing gave me hope and that was that the country felt so together and everyone said "never forget". Let us now not forget that we are all Americans first. 

God Bless America and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and all our global citizens. They have a serious and herculean task ahead of them.

Who's a disaster and who's the idiot??

With the coronavirus spreading out of control thanks Dumbo Donald's mismanagement of the response, Trump has decided to trash Dr. Anthony Fauci and other experts. He said that Fauci is a "disaster" and called the other experts "idiots."

It boggles my mind that the dumbest person ever to walk the face of the earth, Donald Trump, could call anyone a disaster and an idiot. He, in fact, has been a disaster and he is the kind of idiots. Here is the break down of his mismanagement of the virus. 

Most recently, Typhoid Donald has been conducting super-spreader events. He calls them rallies. At these events, he packs in thousands of low-information individuals and doesn't require masks. These events are passing around covid-19. If these were the only people getting sick, I would say, that's their choice, but the fact is that they will leave that event and infect others in their families and communities. The Constitution of the United States does not give anyone the right to make me or anyone sick with a deadly virus. By conducting these events, Dumbo Donald is showing a complete disregard for human life and a depraved indifference for human life.  

The dumbass-in-chief has also refused to encourage mask wearing from the start. Another stupid move by tool in the White House. The day that the Coronavirus Task Force, his task force, recommended mask wearing, he immediately said he would not be wearing one. That instantly took mask wearing from a public health issue to a cultural issue that his brain-dead cult members decided to make the hill they would die on. 

It didn't stop with his refusal to wear a mask, but he discourages staff members from wearing them and in the end it got him and most of his immediate family infected. He mocks Biden for wearing a mask, and mocks anyone who would wear a mask. But the fact is Donny, real men wear masks. I would encourage you to check the size of your hands again little man. And while you are at it, check out this picture of former vice president Dick Cheney. #Realmenwearmasks. 

Donald has known just how dangerous this virus has been from the beginning. Don't take my word for it, listen to Trump's own words in his interviews with Bob Woodward. He said this is "much worse than the flu." and explaining just how deadly it was to Woodward. But public to his cult followers, and the rest of the country, he said from the start nothing to see here. "It's just one person coming in from China." "It's just 15 people and soon it will be down to zero." Trump is the worst President of all time by far and that's saying something. 

Remember, this was the same lamebrain who suggested that he "inject disinfectant, almost a cleaning from the inside." INJECT DISINFECTANT. REALLLY???? No one can be that stupid, can they?

He partially closed off travel from China in March, but by then it was too late. The virus had been here since at least late January if not sooner. Let us also not forget that he failed to stop travel from Europe, which experts say is what led to the massive outbreak in New York and New Jersey which led to massive loss of life.

Literally this post could go on forever because remember this is the same guy who didn't want to let a cruise ship with Americans aboard dock in California so the number of cases wouldn't go up. "I like the cases where they are now." This is the same guy who said that the only reason we have a lot of cases is because we test to much. "You test and you have a case. So I told my people to slow down the testing." What an ignorant clown. The case exists whether you test or not. 

Honestly I could go on for days, but I will cut it off here, and conclude by saying VOTE and vote early if at all possible in person. Remember they (Trump and Republicans) want to disenfranchise your vote, so if you vote by mail, you are taking a chance. The post office might not deliver the ballot in time, and we need every to vote in the election in order to put an end to Trump's American Carnage.      

My Letter from a Massachusetts jail ...

This is my youtube response to yet another Trumper who is clueless and believes Trump is Q. Enough said. But if you want the truth here it is. Mind you I wrote this from memory in a covid-induced rage:

Masks work, because I have worn one since mid march, I didn't lock myself away and have managed, God willing thus far, to not get sick. This is a common sense thing. My business has been open since mid June and with most of my neighbors following the masking guidelines, almost all our businesses are open. Masks, Distancing, Washing hands, testing with contacting tracing and science is how you deal with this. IT IS THE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT WEARING MASKS THAT HAVE KEPT THIS THING GOING AS LONG AS IT HAS. It just so happens that they are Trumpers. If you people were just making each other sick, that's your business, but you're making others sick and you don't have that right!!!!!!! You are also spitting in the face, almost literally, in the face of the health care workers who are trying to save lives. Thousands of healthcare workers have died because the sick have infected them. I WISH YOU TRUMPers and Q-conspiracy morons would just shut the hell up and do your patriotic duty to help your neighbors. I honestly hope we never have to fight a third world war because half our population isn't even willing to make such a small sacrifice for 6-9 months to wear a mask until we have a vaccine, so there is no way they could deal with the sacrifices required to win a WWII-like event. I have never been more disappointed in my countrymen. I WILL BE VOTING on OCT 19, the first day of early voting and I will be voting for someone who can read the word Yosemite. I am done that this bumbling broke buffoon and his enablers. They all have blood on their hands as far as I am concerned. I know a whole family who just contracted the virus because the daughter went to a church that doesn't require masks. In fact, they discouraged them. Now 25 people in the congregation are sick, including the pastor. What would it have hurt them to wear a mask during the service? I am done with this kind of stupidity. VOTE EARLY, VOTE BLUE, if you can vote early safely, please do so, because they (GOP) are going to use the late counting of votes, which they have ensured by not passing laws to allow the mail-in votes to start being counting before election day, to claim the election is rigged. Don't fall in to their trap. VOTE EARLY and remove Trump and all his cowardly losers in Congress like Susan Collins, Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan, Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham, Thom Thills, Corey Gardner, Martha McSally, Tom Cotton, Ted Cruz and alike. I have never seen a bigger collection of cowards afraid of their own political shadows. TREASONOUS!

This is a day I have long been dreading. Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away tonight at the age of 87. This longtime legendary Supreme Court Justice had planned on retiring in 2016, but when Dumbo Donald won the electoral college in 2016, it forced the Notorious RBG to try and hold out for another 4 years in order to prevent Trump from appointing another radical justice to the Supreme Court.

Let's end the suspense! Senator Mitch McConnell is a lying hypocrite!

Moscow Mitch violated the U.S. constitution in February of 2016 when he refused to even consider voting on Merritt Garland, who was President Obama's appointment to the Supreme Court. McConnell claimed in 2016 that the American people should have a voice in who the next justice should be. That was 10 months before the election. We are currently six weeks away from an election, and this ghoul in charge of the Senate majority has already declared that he plans on filling the seat left vacant by RGB's death.

This is why the Republican Party is a dying, disgusting cult. It no longer believes in governing or even working across the aisle to get things done, they are just rewriting and making up the rules by the seat of their pants to get their way. NO REPUBLICAN should be voted in as even a county dogcatcher. 

When Justice Antonin Scalia died in February of 2016, many Republican Senators not only said they planned on holding out until the 2016 election, but actually said that if Hillary Clinton won, they would hold the seat open for 4 years. It's a disgrace!!!! These are the same scumbag politicians who carry a pocket constitution with them at all times and talk about how it should be followed without fail unless it doesn't suit their desires, and then the Constitution means nothing. 

People need to recognize that this is not the party of Lincoln or the party of Reagan. The Republican Party is a group of old white men doing everything they can to hold on to absolute dictatorial power. That is how a maniac like Donald Trump end up as the nominee of this party for President. 

All I can say at this dark hour is that you must get out and vote, and vote out every single Republican that you can. Republican Mayors, state legislators and senators, Congressmen and Senators and of course Trump himself. The people need to send a message that none of this is acceptable and your voice will force these corrupt, hypocritical politicians to reassess their tactics. If there are no consequences to their actions, they will continue to violate their collective oaths. 

Losers and suckers

The biggest loser ever to hold the United States Presidency has been quoted as saying some of the most horrific things you could ever imagine a U.S. President saying about the people who selflessly put their lives on the line for all of us - the U.S. military.

We all know how this gross human - Donald J. Trump - feels about Vietnam war hero John McCain. McCain, who Trump doesn't like because he was "captured", is the definition of a war hero. McCain had a chance to leave the Hanoi Hilton in North Vietnam, where he was being tortured, because he was the son of a high-ranking military leader, but chose to stay until his fellow POWs were also released.  Trump said in 2015, "He's not a war hero. He was a hero because he was captured. I like people who weren't captured." It was at this point that I determined I wanted nothing to do with this human scumbag named Donald Trump. I just wonder what happened to the Republican party who once claim to support the U.S. military. What a collection of frauds. 

And now according to The Atlantic's reporting we have four sources who are telling them just how anti-military Trump is. Let's stick to McCain for starters. When McCain died, Trump was upset that the government was flying flags at half staff and said, "We're not going to support that losers funeral." Are you kidding me? He's a loser? What does that make Donald Trump? A draft dodging coward that's what. And at this point, if you are supporting this loser, than you are deplorable!!!!!

In 2018, when Trump canceled a visit to a World War I military cemetery in Europe because he was afraid the rain would expose his fake hair, he reportedly said, "Why should I go to that cemetery? It's filled with losers." I am not going to dwell on how repulsive that statement is because if you can't see it, than you are completely brainwashed and should start making preparations for moving to Trumpboro where I'm sure he will force feed you cool aide laced with cyanide at some point, like Jim Jones or David Koresh.

These "losers" as Trump calls them, died providing the freedom each one of us gets to enjoy everyday, and for this scumbag, who wraps himself in the flag, to denigrate their service and their memories, is beyond deplorable.  

This dirtbag who currently resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue even called George H.W. Bush, a World War II veteran and hero, a "loser" for being shot down by the Japanese. Bush managed to evade capture, but 8 other pilots who were shot down were captured, tortured and eventually executed.  

On Memorial Day 2017, Trump visited Arlington National Cemetery with General John Kelly and while standing near the grave of Kelly's son Robert said, "I don't get it. What was in it for them?" The musings of a moron who doesn't understand service and who looks at everything through the lens of selfishness. Who says that to a father of a fallen marine? GROSS!!!

And Trump, who loves to talk about military parades like his comrades in North Korea and Russia (Soviet Union), doesn't want disabled veterans at these parades because "nobody wants to see that" according to him. This LOSER, who has only received the bodies of U.S. fallen heroes at Dover Airforce Base four times, doesn't really respect the military like he claims, and as usual, has lied repeatedly about how many families he has called who have lost a loved one in service to the U.S. military.

My only complaint about this article is that if what these sources are saying is true, they should put it on the record. Show the country what kind of scumbag POS they are dealing with and expose the liars around him who are lining to defend this coward, who refused to serve himself (bone spurs my ass). SHAME on Sarah Huckabee Sanders and those of her ilk who would defended this kind of human vermin.

Neither Sleet, Snow, or Trump...

Let me start by giving my undying endorsement for the U.S. Post Office, one of the oldest institutions in the country. For the record, I am not alone as 91 percent of the American public has a positive opinion of the USPS. There is no American institution that has a higher approval rating. I run a small business, and have always used the post office for all my shipping needs and with few exceptions, they have performed their duties marvelously. If the post office is a success, then of course, life-long failure  and grifter Donald Trump, wants to get rid of it. 

Here are just some of the things we count on the USPS for. Some elderly citizens count on the post office for social security checks, and prescription medications. Our veterans also count on the USPS for their medications shipped out by the Veterans Administration. As I mentioned, thousands of small business ship goods through the USPS, and of course during a pandemic, many will be counting on the USPS to cast their ballots. 

This last issue is why Trump wants to slow down the Post Office. He doesn't want people voting in the mass, because as he has said, the more people vote, the less likely that Republicans will successfully win any election. King Donald I knows that if he can make the USPS look unreliable or make the mail-in ballots come in late, than he can more easily make the case that this American election will be rigged. I would just like to remind you all that he made the same claims in 2016 until he won an electoral college victory, and then the election wasn't rigged any more.  

I am so disgusted by this administration of criminals, that I will put on my mask and go to my local polling place and stand barefoot in a 10-hour line littered with broken glass if I have to in order to remove this monster from the oval office, and all of his co-conspirators and apologists from Congress, but many elderly and those who are autoimmune compromised are afraid to go stand in line and expose themselves to covid-19. YOU are guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution the right to vote, and Trump and his donor, Louis DeJoy - the new Postmaster General - can not be allowed to rob you of that right.

I have spoken to my local post office workers, and they have explained to me that the goal of DeJoy is to privatize the Post Office. NEVER Gonna happen Louis. In the history books you will be the Trump stain that destroyed this successful American institution. This sycophant, who lined his pockets thanks to the Trump tax cuts, is getting rid of mailboxes and has already dismantled thousands of mail-sorting machines. He testified before Congress that he is not going to put them back online. As a taxpayer, who paid for all of that, makes me sick. SHAME ON YOU Dumbo Donald. 

Trump understands that if the public votes, he is going to be destroyed in this election for countless reasons. See some of my previous posts for those details. That being the case, he is going to rig the election to prevent registered voters from having their votes counted or to keep them away because of their fear of getting sick. 

I have tried to minimize my use of the word treason because it is a loaded word, but preventing citizens from voting in a representative Democracy, is an act of treason. This is something dictators in foreign countries do in order to rig their re-election and remain in power.

We must defy this dictator. He must be defeated at the ballot box and soundly. If this Putin and Kim Jung Un in training wins re-election for another 4 years, America will never look the same. And my bigger fear is that if he wins, 4 more years will only be the beginning. He believes that he should be in office far longer than 8 years. He and his children know that the minute they are out of the White House, they are all going to jail for a lifetime of criminal activity. Our only option as Americans who love our country is to vote early, if voting by mail, or vote early if voting in person to avoid the lines to stay safe. VOTE AMERICA, VOTE!!!!

Liberties with executive orders? You Must be mistaken?

So the Dumbass-in-Chief, the vile monster of a man known as Donald J. Trump, decided to sign a series of executive orders related to the coronavirus pandemic. On the surface, this looks like a good thing, but in fact it is a stunt. Just like at every point in his life, the Trumpster is putting on a show for the low-information viewers, or in this case voters.

Before we get into the details of the executive orders, wasn't it Trump and his Republican storm troopers in Congress, who claimed for years that Obama took to many liberties with executive orders? YES IT WAS!!!!! Funny, but everything Trump has done with the exception of criminal justice reform  and the godforsaken tax cut for the super rich, has come via executive orders. 

Want to pollute the rivers? No problem we have an executive order for that. You want to deregulate the banks so we can rip off consumers again? We have an executive order for that. And so on and so on. 

But let's get to today's abortion! His series of executive orders do the following, so he claims. 1. extends unemployment benefits, which he is cutting to $400 dollars per week, through the end of the year. But he wants the states, which are already broke from dealing with the pandemic, to cover 25% of the cost of these benefits. What this means is that states and local communities will be firing teachers, police officers and first responders. Oh wait, he will get the money needed to red states, but not blue ones. !@#$ him!

2. He wants to extend moratorium on evictions but not on mortgages. So I can't evict my tenant, but his banking friends can foreclose on my mortgage. !#$#$ him!!

3. Suspend college loan payments owed on federal loans. Even a dumb, blind, stupid, reckless, psycho squirrel can find a nut every once in a while. 

4. Lastly, he decided in his own mind that he is going to suspend the payroll tax for anyone making under $100,000 but that doesn't mean you don't have to pay it. It just means you will pay it back at tax time. Both Republicans and Democrats oppose this, but of course, this lying, scum-sucking maggot said we will not have to pay it back if we vote his criminal ass back into office in November. I guess at that point the election would not be rigged???? @#$% him!!!! 

Alright, not that I have thoroughly offended you with all my curse words, Let's get down to business. This fake President is again violating the Constitution of the United States. If this document has no meaning, than lets have Trump, Roger Stone and Michael Flynn piss on it and then light it on fire. The power of the purse, or the power tax lies in article 1 with Congress. This guy is deciding what to do with taxpayer money without consulting Congress.

I hate to be redundant, but TRUMP IS VIOLATING THE LAW AGAIN. He is violating the Constitution again. I've read about serial killers who violated the law less frequently. Are you kidding?

I would call on Congress to reign him on but that ship has sailed.

Down with Democracy?

There are 95 days until election day, NOVEMBER 3rd, and the biggest criminal ever to hold the office of the Presidency is now suggesting on his Twitter account that maybe we should delay the election? The answer to that idiot's suggestion is a resounding, NOOOOO!!!!

We have fought two World Wars, a Civil War and we have dealt with the Great Depression, and during all of it, we have held our scheduled elections without fail. Make no mistake, the current-occupant of the oval office is suggesting this because he believes he will be trounced in this election like "no one has ever seen before."

Besides suggesting that we delay the election, Dumbo Donald continues to question the validity of mail-in ballots. Mind you, he votes via mail-in ballot. He tells us that mail-in ballots lead to fraud, maybe we shouldn't count his mail-in ballot or that of his children or his staffers, who all vote via mail-in ballot. 

Five states already hold all of their elections completely by mail, long before the coronavirus pandemic, and so there is no reason that other states shouldn't offer mail-in ballots. Even Moscow Mitch McConnell and minority leader in the House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy finally developed a back-bone to softly tell dear leader that they will not hold up the election. Congress and Congress alone, has the ability to delay an election and they have never exercised that option in American History.

Trump is already telling us that this election will be rigged because he can see the writing on the wall. Lets not lose sight of the fact that there are millions of people like me, who would crawl across hot coal and then walk a mile over broken glass bare foot in order to vote this sorry excuse for a president out.

Dumbo Donald made the same claims in 2016 that the election was rigged because he believed a loss to Hillary Clinton was imminent. For once we agree Donald. The 2016 election was indeed rigged. You and your Russian comrades and their bots insured that the American public was force fed a litany of misinformation which led to your slight electoral victory. REMEMBER DON, you did not win the popular vote!!! 

Since your election in 2016, the American public has spoke out time and time again against you. In 2017, your party suffered defeats in Virginia and North Carolina, A Democrat was elected to the Senate in Alabama. That's right Alabama! And that win came over your hand-picked rapist that your endorsed. Then in 2018, the Republican Party, who sold its collective soul to a grifter and snake-oil salesman, paid mightily for its cowardice and treachery. It was the biggest turn out for a mid-term election in American history, and they turned out in droves to punish you Donald and your party for the caravans of immigrants. Where are those immigrants now? How long before he starts invoking that garbage again? 

Since the beginning I believed that a Republican who stood up to you would be rewarded at the ballot box because voters reward courage. However, we will never be able to test my theory because the Republican party has been in lock-step with your racist, bigoted agenda since the beginning. And as far as I am concerned, your party expressing their dismay to the media behind closed doors, is the ultimate act of cowardice. Stand up men and women of Congress and be leaders. That was what you were voted into office to do. Cowards!!!! Only one party has stood up to this monster and should be rewarded thusly.

Joe Biden, on his worst day ever, is a million times better man than Donald Trump!!! I have reservations about Biden's age, but I am also convinced that this good man will put the right people in place to stabilize the country, the economy and to finally begin seriously dealing with this pandemic. Donny, you can't deal with the economic crisis until you deal with the health crisis. FULL STOP.

Trump's 15 minutes are up. This cult leader needs to be voted out resoundingly. This needs to happen so that the forces on the right who might be sympathetic to Trumpism (Ignorance and Racism) will think twice before continuing this agenda beyond November 3rd. And worry not Donald, it will be November 3rd. America is sick of this tonic of division. It has nothing to do with mail-in ballots.       

Dereliction of Duty

The President who claims to be the ultimate tough guy and a staunch supporter of the U.S. military has none gone an entire month after learning of intelligence that Vladimir Putin's-led Russia was paying the Taliban to take out American and coalition forces in Afghanistan, and has done nothing.

Trump's cowardice in this matter rivals only his own cowardly avoidance of the draft in Vietnam. Dumbo Donald is clearly afraid to confront Putin in any way.

It started with Trump's complete subservience to the Russian dictator in Helsinki, Finland. There, in front of the entire world, Trump sided with this murderous former KGB agent about Russia's interference in the American election.

Clearly Putin and Russia attacked our election process in order to get Dumbo Donald elected President and it worked. In Helsinki, despite having evidence from 17 different U.S. intelligence agencies, Trump backed Putin.

Later, Trump withdrew U.S. troops from Syria, and left our Kurdish allies, who helped us fight terrorism in the region, to another dictator in Turkey. The Turkish leader, Erdogan, almost immediately began the ethnic cleansing of the Kurds and as our troops withdrew from Syria in shame, they were being pelted with fruit. We have become a laughing stock. 

The Republican Party is not without blame in this matter. Again, these hypocrites who spent my entire life attacking Russia and its dictatorial ways, now has nothing to say. The Party that criticized Obama for not being more forceful on Syria, allowed this President to withdraw our troops from Syria and leave our Kurdish allies to the whims of another murderous dictator.

More often than not during this administration, what use to be up, is down, and down is up. What I do know unequivocally is that this President and his administration have been a complete disaster when it comes to foreign policy. The world at first was laughing at us, but now they have stopped laughing, and instead they feel bad for America. I never though I would see the day.

NOT YOUR JURISDICTION!

If you knew how I felt about most issues, you would think I would lean moderate Republican, but more often than not, I do not vote that way because the modern Republican Party is filled with hypocrites.

For one, the hard-right Republicans, which includes FOX News, say they believe in limited federal government, and whenever possible, the states should have the right to govern themselves. This holds true as long as they agree with what the state is doing. When the hypocrites on the right don't agree, then the federal government should intervene. 

Hard-line Republicans will say that Health care for all provided by the federal government, is to much government, but the Federal government telling women they can't have an abortion is ok.

They will also tell you that social programs (entitlements they call them) like Medicare and Social Security is Federal overreach, but sending in federal storm troopers into Portland is appropriate. So In fact, they want limited government as long as they agree. 

Federal Gestapo agents (otherwise known as Custom's and Border Patrol and DHS) have no jurisdiction in Portland, Oregon, or any other city in America. They have jurisdiction over federal buildings and Federal land, otherwise, they should get the f--- off my lawn!

If there are actually riots going on in Portland, that is the jurisdiction of the Portland Police Department. If DHS or CBP agents want to protect that federal court house in Portland, so be it, but that is it. That is their limited jurisdiction!

Samuel Adams and John Hancock and John Adams fought a war to repel a standing British army in the United States, so I will be damned if I see an American dictator direct Federal Agents against American Citizens.

Is it ok for Federal agents to beat and then pepper spray a Navy veteran? Is it ok for Federal agents to tear gas and arrest a group of moms? MOMS? Is it ok for Federal agents to tear gas the mayor of Portland and other protestors? The answer to all these questions is a RESOUNDING NO!!!

Navy veteran Chris David, 53-year-olds, had his arm broken by these thugs. Is this how we treat our veterans now in Trump's America? Cowardly Republican leaders say nothing. And acting DHS secretary Ken Cuccinelli, says everything is being done by the book. Are you kidding me Ken? How can you say that with a straight face? Customs and Border Patrol have no business in Portland. NONE. This can not be happening in American cities!!!

 

The Nazis also deployed storm troops and agents of the government to beat, arrest and kill dissidents. Unacceptable! And Chad Wolf, the head of Department of Homeland Security, who is not Senate approved, is a Trump goon and jack-booted thugs!

Someone I know and respect today said, "at some point the Feds need to step in." I respectfully and forcefully DISAGREE. Where is that line drawn, and more importantly who gets to draw that line? Is it Donald Trump? And if that is the case, how long will it be before he turns federal agents on his political enemies like his idol Vladimir Putin does in Russia. 

Remember Republicans don't like universal health care and call it socialism, well what is turning government agents on your own people - OH yeah Communism. HYPOCRITES!!!!!

I am done with these hypocrites who wrap themselves up in the flag and then violate everything that flag stands for. Any federal agent who moves in to my city, better be prepared for the same reception British Redcoats received.
